Order Processing

All Quietly Ascended merchandise is made to order. This means your item is produced after your order is placed.

Most orders are processed and fulfilled within 2–7 business days. During high-volume periods, holidays, supplier delays, or unexpected production issues, fulfillment may take longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary based on your location, selected shipping method, and the fulfillment partner used for your order.

Estimated shipping times are generally:

United States: 3–10 business days after fulfillment
International: 7–21 business days after fulfillment

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order, your shipping address, and the available shipping options.

Some items may ship separately if they are fulfilled by different suppliers or production locations.

Multiple Shipments

Because our products are made to order and may be fulfilled by different print partners, items in the same order may arrive in separate packages.

If you receive only part of your order, please allow additional time for the remaining items to arrive.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

Quietly Ascended is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If an order is returned due to an address issue, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier.

If your package appears delayed, lost, or marked delivered but not received, please first check with the shipping carrier using your tracking number.

We will do our best to help investigate the issue, but we cannot guarantee replacement of packages marked delivered by the carrier.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement or other resolution.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges required by their country.

Quietly Ascended is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or international carrier issues.

Digital or In-Game Benefits

Some purchases may include or relate to Quietly Ascended community benefits, supporter perks, or in-game services. These benefits are handled separately from physical merchandise shipping.

Physical merchandise shipping timelines do not apply to manually fulfilled community or in-game benefits.
